High Holidays Attendance  Information

CTI is planning on in-person services for the High Holidays this year, to be held in the JCC Gymnasium on the Shalom Austin Campus.  We will be practicing Social Distancing and taking other precautions to minimize the possibility of spreading the COVID-19 virus.  Despite the larger area, space will be limited.  As such, we require everyone who wants to attend services make advance reservations.  Each service has its own reservation form. Walk-ins without a reservation will not be admitted. CTI Members have first priority on seat assignments, followed by guests of Members and then non-members. 

The practices we will be following are described here.  When submitting a reservation you will be required to indicate you have read the CTI High Holiday Attendance Practices Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and agree to abide by them.

If you are a member of Tiferet Israel, you will be able to request seats for yourself and your family members living with you ages 10 and up. Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If space runs out we will maintain a waiting list.  You will also be able to request seats for your guests, but you must be logged in to request seats for your immediate family and your guests.

Due to the need to maintain social distancing, children under 10 years of age will not be admitted to services.

Members may request seats for guests they wish to invite to services.  Non-members will also be able to request seats. The deadline for all seat requests is Friday, September 11, at 6:00 PM. 

On Sunday, September 13 members will receive confirmation of their family reservations, and be notified of any requests that were not able to be fulfilled due to space limits. Guests of members will be similarly notified, as will non-members. 

There is no charge for members and their family members living with them. Guest and non-member fees are $180 per adult, $90 per child aged 10-19, regardless of how many services an individual attends. 

Guests and non-members have until 11:59 PM Tuesday, September 16th to pay their fees.  Only credit card payments will be accepted.  Seats that go unpaid after the deadline will be offered to people on the wait list.

You must enroll separately for each High Holiday service minyan you want to attend. If you are unsure if you have made a reservation, please email CTI at Reservations@TiferetAustin.org.

Please be considerate of others and do not reserve more seats than you actually need or intend to use.
