Yizkor Book

As we approach Shavuot, CTI again will publish a special Yizkor booklet to use as we recite Yizkor on the four Holidays of Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Pesach, and Shavuot, and remember dearly departed loved ones.

Please take this opportunity to inscribe those whom you remember in our Yizkor booklet at $10 per inscription.  We will use these new booklets through Pesach 2020. 

To insure we have sufficient time to publish the new Yizkor booklet, please complete and submit the form below no later than Sunday, June 2nd.  If you prefer to pay by check, please provide the information requested below to Joel Tendler via email and mail your check to
