How many matzot do we use for the Seder? Two or Three? For centuries, the number of matzot we use in order to fulfill the commandment of eating matzah has been the subject of much debate. In this class, we will explore the deeper meaning of the number of matzot we use, and see how this debate actually speaks to a larger question of what Jewish redemption really looks like.
