General Fund
For general operational costs of the synagogue. All discretionary donations and payments go into this fund unless otherwise specified.

Rabbi's Discretionary Fund
The RDF enables the CTI Rabbi to provide financial assistance to congregants and others in need; to reimburse the CTI Rabbi for the costs of hosting longtime, new and prospective CTI members for Shabbat and holiday meals; to enable additional professional leadership development and organizational membership opportunities for the Rabbi beyond amounts allocated in the CTI Budget; to reimburse the CTI Rabbi for expenses incurred providing acts of chesed; and to support participation in philanthropic and community initiatives by the CTI Rabbi with other clergy.

Torah Fund
For maintaining, beautifying, and acquiring CTI's torahs and accessories and other holy items including torah covers, curtains, and silver adornments.

Chesed Fund
For expenses authorized by CTI’s Chesed Committee, for example, providing meals for mourners and the sick.

Chevra Kadisha Fund
For expenses authorized by CTI’s Chevra Kadisha.

Tendler Fund
The Tendler Fund will be used‚ at the discretion of the Board, to enrich the CTI community through events, enhancements to our physical spaces, and/or other activities that bring together the community in ways that honor the memory of Joel and Debbie Tendler z”l.

Youth Educator Fund
For funding our Youth Educator position.

Day School Fund
For providing monies for Orthodox Jewish day school education in Austin.
